Kelly Shi

Curriulum & Learning Advisor

Kelly Shi designs engaging, student-centered curriculum and programming that prepares young people for lives of leadership, service, and purpose. She holds degrees from Santa Clara University and Duke University, where she earned a Master's degree in Philosophy. Kelly has taught through Teach For America and at Bentley School, and has also worked in education policy in Washington, D.C. Drawing on experience across classrooms, curriculum design, and public policy, she helps Rooted Future create meaningful learning experiences that connect personal growth with community impact.
